Triton Realty Group recently facilitated the sale of a 16-unit apartment building located at 1400-06 W. Olive in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood. The property had been owned by the same family for approximately seven years. Triton Realty Group President, Matthew Fritzshall and Vice President, Matthew Buckingham facilitated the sale for the private owner for an undisclosed price to a local private entity.
Built in 1911, the corner building features very spacious five-room and six-room apartment units. There is an incredible amount of natural light and vintage woodwork that makes this building unique for its tenants. 1400-06 W. Olive sits just north of the heart of Andersonville Commercial Historic District. Tenants can take advantage of Andersonville’s vibrant commercial corridor, rich history and unprecedented architecture including a stretch that has several local and national retailers, restaurants, bars and entertainment options. The Lakefront sits just over a mile away, providing tenants with quick access to the beaches, dog parks and beginning of the Lakefront Trail.
Triton Realty Group has closed 12 different apartment building sales in the Andersonville neighborhood over the last four years.
