Kevin Swanson

My journey with Triton began in the summer of 2021, where I started as an intern. As I continued my education at DePaul University in Chicago, I continued to work with Triton and was eventually offered a position as an Associate.

My primary focus at Triton is the sale of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate in Chicago's Uptown, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park neighborhoods. As an Associate, I have diverse responsibilities such as market research, asset valuation, business development, and property management. My prior experience in property management and operations, gained from working with a local HVAC company, has been invaluable in my current role.

I am a Chicago native, having been raised in the Northwest suburbs, and currently reside there. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the city's culinary scene, playing golf, and spending time with my furry best friend, Rizzo.
