Nico Krajecki

I was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago near Hiawatha Park and

started my real estate career as soon as I could at 21. My goal was to get involved in

all facets of real estate and that would start with doing BPO’s my first year

throughout Florida for a company I was working for here. Since then, I’ve worked at

a variety of brokerages both big and small and have been involved in transactions

ranging from land acquisition/new development, zoning changes, multi-family, new

construction homes/condos and everything in between.

Over the years, I've gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate

market, working with clients to buy and sell homes, negotiate deals, and navigate

the complexities of the industry. I believe that my experience in residential real

estate gives me a unique perspective on the industry as a whole, and I'm excited to

bring that perspective to my work in commercial multi-family real estate.

I'm always eager to learn and grow as a professional, and I'm committed to

providing my clients with the highest level of service and expertise possible. My
